How to Spinach & Bacon Chicken Wrap with Poppy seed Dressing
In first step we will make poppy seed dressing. For making poppy seed dressing mix together ingredients like mayo, Half & Half, sugar, apple cider vinegar and oil in small bowl. In the end add poppy seeds in mixture. Set the sauce aside. Cover the sauce and chill until ready to use.
Rub salt on both sides of chicken breasts. Make sure that salt is fully rub on the chicken breasts. Take skillet or pan and add some drops of oil in it. Heat the oil and when oil is heated fully add chicken breasts in it. Cook chicken breasts on medium flame for 3-4 minutes on each side. Ingredients
- 4 large tortilla wraps (You can use any flavor wraps which you like the most)
- 2 boneless skinless chicken (Cut the chicken into two half thickness)
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 3 cups spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 slices bacon (cooked them)
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- poppy seed dressing
Dressing
- 2/3 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup Half & Half (If you are on diet you can use fat free one) You can use milk too (Add any percentage of milk it will work- the higher the percentage of milk, the more creamier your dressing will be)
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 8 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 teaspoons poppy seeds

Note/Tips
- Cut the chicken into slice. Do not forget to look for right size- chicken should be small enough . Try to cut the Chickpea Gyros about 1 inch in thickness. I recommend you to avoid having Chickpea Gyros in thin thickness because they will cook very quickly and there s chance to get burn early.
- You can use any kind of skillet but I prefer you to use cast iron skillet pan which will giver awesome sear on your chicken fajitas.
