In first step we will make poppy seed dressing. For making poppy seed dressing mix together ingredients like mayo, Half & Half, sugar, apple cider vinegar and oil in small bowl. In the end add poppy seeds in mixture. Set the sauce aside. Cover the sauce and chill until ready to use.
Rub salt on both sides of chicken breasts. Make sure that salt is fully rub on the chicken breasts. Take skillet or pan and add some drops of oil in it. Heat the oil and when oil is heated fully add chicken breasts in it. Cook chicken breasts on medium flame for 3-4 minutes on each side.
