Take a large pot and cook bacon on medium high range heat for 4-5 minutes. Keep cooking until Garnish it with bacons turns brown and crispy. Transfer it to the plate place it aside.
Take the same pot and add garlic and shrimp to it. Cook it for 3-4 minutes until garlic starts fragrant and starts changing its color to brown. Shrimp will turns opaque. Take large pot and add corn, carrots, celery, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, potatoes, and chicken/vegetable broth in it. Stir all the ingredients well. Bring it to boil and than pour in heavy cream in it. Simmer for 10-12 minutes until the potatoes are tender and soft. Stir in bacon and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish it with fresh parsley or thyme, cracked black pepper and serve.
