  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Tomato sauce or pizza sauce
  • 2 cups (200g) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup (mixed colors) Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves for garnish
