  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 4 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

    Cook manicotti shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.

    In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 2 cups mozzarella, 1/2 cup parmesan, egg, parsley, basil, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

    Spread 1.5 cups of marinara sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
