How To Make Philly cheese steak pizza
First of all pre heat the oven at temperature of 420 degree. If you use market based pizza crust than follow the instructions mention on packet. Take baking sheet or round pizza pan and grease it with oil. Roll out the crust on the pan and bake it for 10 minutes.
While the crust is baking you can make the alfredo sauce. For making alfredo sauce melt some butter in in a medium size pan over medium range flame. Stir in some flour and keep cooking until clumps are formed. Now gradually adds milk in it with constant stirring. Increase the heat to medium high. and keep mixing until a smooth paste is formed. Add some cheese, garlic powder, salt and black pepper in the mixture along with constant stirring. Continue heating until cheese melts fully. When cheese melts fully remove it from heat and turn the flame off.
Spread half cup of sauce over half cooked crust dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, Top it with steak chicken pieces, pizza sauce, bell peppers and onions. Bake it for 15-20 minutes until crust changes its color into golden brown and cheese is melts fully. Slice the pizza evenly and serve warm.

Ingredients
- 1 cup homemade or store-bought alfredo sauce
- 1-2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked chopped or diced steak chicken
- 1/2 bell pepper, slice the peppers into thin strips (I used 1/4 red pepper, and 1/4 green pepper)
- 1 homemade or store-bought pizza crust
- 1/8 onion
- Alfredo sauce
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk or half & half (You can use any one of them)
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Notes/Tips
- Top the pizza with fresh basil, salt, pepper, and feta cheese. You can add other toppings as well. Serve it immediately.
- If you want to make your pizza’s dough more crust and chewy than use yeast of good quality and that only requires 10 minutes of resting.
- You can roll the dough by giving shape by your hands this requires a lot of practice. Best results are obtained when I use rolling pan. So, it is recommended to use rolling pan instead of hands for rolling the dough.
- Do not overcrowd the dough. Try to leave the 1/2 inch sides of dough uncovered and add ingredients to remaining portion of dough.
- In the last few minutes shift the mode from baking to BROIL. This step will add crispiness to the crust of pizza. Just change the mode in the end minutes and see the magic. The crust of pizza will turns from light yellow to brown in color.
