Add 3 tablespoon of water and water in dry ingredients and stir for 1 minute or until the mixture is blended well. Gradually add the remaining flour in the bowl to make the dough more smooth. The dough should have a smooth ball form and it should be slightly sticky.
Sprinkle some flour on the surface where you want to knee the dough. Kneed the dough on floured surface with help of hands. You can add additional flour according to the requirement. Knee the four for 4 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Let this dough at rest for 10 minutes at this point.
