This recipe for Keto Quiche is a great way to start your day or, as we like to call it, “breakfast.” It’s also a great dish for parties and potlucks—if you can get everyone to agree on what kind of crust they want! We’ve got options here: almond flour crust, coconut flour crust, and even keto yogurt crumbs are all delicious options if you’re in the mood for something different than just eggs and cheese (or cream cheese).

Directions: Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Line a 9″ round cake pan with parchment paper that comes up the side and greased with butter. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for your topping ingredients; mix well until combined but not too fluffy (you want it to hold its shape). Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes at 350°F/180°C until golden brown on top when you stick a toothpick through it but still gooey at its center! Top with desired toppings if desired before serving warm or cold directly from fridge. If you want to make your own pie crust you will need Extra-virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup Butter, 1/2 cup Flour, 1 cup Salt, 1 teaspoon Sugar (optional), 2 teaspoons Water, 3 tablespoons The Instructions First off, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Next up—make the pie dough. To do this: Mix together the flour and salt in a bowl. Then add in the butter and oil and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs. Finally pour in cold water until you get dough that can be handled without sticking to your fingers too much. Knead for about a minute before rolling out onto parchment paper or plastic wrap. Cut into two circles large enough to cover two 9-inch pans (or one larger one). After you’ve done that use the remaining dough to make the top crusts. Then, add in your filling of choice and pile it into your pie pans. Place one circle on top of each pan before crimping the edges together with a fork. Cut slits in the center of each to allow steam to escape while baking. Bake for about an hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown and bubbling out of the slits in the middle. Remove from the oven and let cool for about an hour before serving. Enjoy!
You can use any type of pan for your quiche. I love using pie crusts, but you can also try making a keto quiche with tart pans or even springform pans. If you’re really in a hurry, there are some great options at places like Amazon that will ship overnight for next day delivery!
If you want to make this recipe gluten-free, simply replace the regular flour with almond flour or coconut flour instead (or any other gluten-free ingredient).
