It requires no extra equipment’s and no extra ingredients too. Just take a small pan and add butter, milk and cream cheese in the pan. Place the pan over the stove top. Heat it on low flame until all the ingredients are mix fully. Add cheddar/mozzarella cheese in it and stir fully When creamy texture forms and cheese melts fully than turn the flame off. Serve the sauce with any thing you love.
You can make this sauce before time and than refrigerate it proper mason jar and use it when require. you can store this sauce for week in the refrigerator. You can re-heat this sauce in microwave as well as in stovetop too.
If you are reheating the sauce in microwave than add 2 to 3 drops of cream in it and stir it properly after 1 minute and again heat it for 1 minute in the microwave.
If you are using stovetop than you can add fresh cream in it to, it will keeps the flavor same. Add cream drops than stir properly and heat on low flame for few minutes.
