Take instant pot and add entire can of Rotel into it. Now add 1 and 1/2 cup of chicken broth, chicken, onion, ranch seasoning, garlic salt and paprika. Mix the ingredients well.
Cover the instant pot and secure the lid properly. Make sure that the value is set at position of sealing. Set the button of pressure cooker at time of 10 minutes at high pressure. When the time is over let the pressure beeps on its own for time of 10 minutes. If you have some time than you can have full natural pressure release. If not, than shift the valve to venting position. Take out the chicken and place it on cutting board.
Turn the position of setting to sauté setting. put it on the lowest sauté setting. Add the un cook spaghettis into it. Stir after every minute or so. It will take hardily 5 minutes to cook these spaghettis. When the spaghettis are cooking place the chicken on other side. When the spaghettis cook fully add some cream cheese and cheese in it until cheese melts fully. Add chicken in it.
Serve the spaghettis immediately. Store the leftovers in refrigerator in an airtight container.
