How To Make Easy And Quick Garlic Aioli
Take a bowl and add olive oil in it. Stir some garlic powder into olive oil and set it aside. Take a separate small bowl and combine egg yolk, salt, and lemon juice in it. Whisk continuously for 1 minute.
At the same time add very gradually 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil in it. Take special care while adding oil in it. Do not add more than 1/2 olive oil at a time in it.
Once the 1/2 tea spoon of olive oil added in last step has been gradually incorporated in mixture. Start adding 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the mixture until all the oil is incorporated and the mixture is very creamy and thickened. Taste it and add some salt if you feel so. Server it or store in right air tight container up to 1 week.
