Preheat the oven at temperature of 425 degree and grease a 12-cavity muffin pan or line with paper. Take a cup and stir together sugar and cinnamon. Set the mixture aside. Now take medium bowl and whisk together the ingredients like salt, baking soda, baking powder and all purpose flour. In a bowl mix together bananas in mashed form, Greek yogurt , brown sugar, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, melted butter, egg, vanilla, and milk. You can use sour cream if you do not have Greek yogurt. The above ingredients make liquid slurry. Now add dry ingredients with wet ingredients and give it a good mix.
Allow the muffins to become cool before setting or placing them in refrigerator or freezer. You can store the muffins in airtight container for 5 days or you can wrap muffins individually and store them in freezer up-to 2 weeks. Top the muffins with butter for extra tasty flavor.

Everyone has different size of bananas as sometimes there are large size bananas available in market and sometimes they are available in small quantity. S on average almost 3 bananas combine to fill 1 cup. If you take exact measures than it is not possible for this recipe. Take bananas according to the measurement. The mashed bananas mixture should fill 1 cup.

6- Take muffin liners and fill these muffin liners 2/3 full. Top it with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon mixture that was set aside. Use toothpick to swirl the cinnamon sugar into the muffins. You can use small size spoons to but I recommend you to use toothpick. swirl the toothpick in different directions into the muffins.
7- Fill the liners in rest of the way full, by dividing the batter evenly among all muffins. Top it with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sugar mixture. Swirl the muffins with the same toothpick method mentioned above.
8- Bake the muffins for 5 minutes and than set the temperature of oven at 350 degree. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the toothpick inserted in the muffins comes out clean.
