Pulse all the ingredients together until they become smooth.
Now add salt and black pepper in the above mixture according to your taste. Blend it again.
Now add water in it to make the consistency thin. You can add water according the use of dressing like if you want to use this dressing as dip than add less water and if you want to use it as sauce than add more water for dressing salad. Chill the sauce until ready to serve. Store covered tightly and chilled up to 1 week.
