How To Cook Chicken Pad Thai Recipe
Season the chicken with salt and pepper according to your taste. Set aside this chicken and let it settle for 5 minutes. Whisk together all the sauce ingredients like 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, juice of 1 lime, 1 teaspoon peanut butter, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes and 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Finely mix these ingredients in bowl and set them aside.
Take large pan or wok and place it over stove top. Place the chicken marinated in salt, some oil and pepper in the pan or wok. Turn the flame on medium range and cook the chicken.
