The best thing about Cherry Garcia cookies is that it has similar flavor as that of ice cream. Just try this recipe out and you will love its delicious flavor. These cookies are so soft that they will melt in you mouth. It will fulfil your cravings as well with its super delicious taste.
If you want to make this recipe a little cray, you can just add some color in these cookies. It will gives colorful texture to these cookies. You can add cherry juice in it too to have super delicious flavor. It will increase its taste. You can chopped almonds in it to to have different kind of flavor.
Firstly pre heat your oven to 375 degree F. Take a baking tray and line up foil over it and spray little grease over the baking tray along with the foil. Take a large bowl and add in it the following ingredients like butter, some oil, sugar and some powdered sugar in it. Now add cheery extracts, almonds and egg in same bowl and mix them together gently until smooth mixture forms.
Take a separate bowl and mix in it dry ingredients like flour, baking soda, cream of Tatar and some salt. Mix together both ingredients in separate large bowl I-e mix dry ingredients long with butter, oil and sugar. At last add one cup of chocolate chunks and chopped cherries in it and stir well. Drop some drops of the dough prepared above in the baking pan. Be sure to leave 2 inch space between cookies to allow them spread while baking. Bake them for 7-8 minutes. Make sure that after 7-8 minutes cookies should be dry and light golden brown from inside.
Let the cookies cool for 2-3 minutes before placing them on cooling rack to let them cool. Now prepare the chocolate topping for these cookies by melting the chocolate chunks and some oil in microwave oven for 1 minute. Take it out and stir properly and than again place it in oven for 20 seconds. Dip the cooked cookies in melted chocolate syrup and than place them on parchment paper to let them cool. You can dip the full cookie or the half one, its totally unto you.

3- Use flavorless oil while melting chocolate in oven. Adding flavorless oil in melting chocolate will makes the taste of chocolate same. You can also use olive or coconut oil but remember one thing they have mild flavor so they may effect the chocolate syrup.
