Pre heat the oven at temperature of 420 degree temperature. Line a muffin with foil liners and grease. (These liners are not compulsory setup, if you have it than use it for serving)
Prepare the Bob Evans Macaroni and Cheese according the directions mentioned on the packet. After cooking the macaroni transfer it in a bowl. Stir in some ranching sauce, buffalo sauce, breadcrumbs, eggs and cheese in the cooked Bob Evans Macaroni and Cheese.
Spoon macaroni and cheese mixture into muffins tin liners. Bake these muffins for 15-20 minutes in preheated oven. Bake these macaroni muffins until the outer crust changes its color to brown. Allow it to cool for 15-20 minutes before serving it.
