Transfer the brown bread in the plate and place it aside to let it cool.
While croutons are baking you can make the blue dressing sauce. It is preferred to make your own dressing sauce instead of using market based dressing sauce. As it will reduce the nutrients of salad. Take a food processor or a juicer and combine together mayo, Greek yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, vinegar, and milk in it. Pulse all the ingredients well in the juicer or blender until it becomes smooth. Add half of the blue cheese in it and pulse again to make it smooth mixture. Transfer the mixture in the bowl and add the remaining crumbles of blue cheese in it. Cover and place it in refrigerate until it becomes cool and ready for use.
Pre heat the grill to medium heat Sprinkle the meat/chicken steaks with salt, pepper and the steaks seasoning. Place these steaks over grill and cook one side for about 7-8 minutes. Turn the side and cook from other side for more 6-7 minutes. If the fillets are thick than cook until steaks become soft tender. Allow the steaks to become cool on the cutting board and than cut it in fine pieces.
Arrange the salad with the lettuce at the bottom. Top it with steak, avocados, red onions, tomatoes, croutons, blue cheese crumbles, and blue cheese dressing. Serve the salad with your favorite sides.

- 4 8-ounce steaks
- 1-2 tablespoons Steak Seasoning
- 6-8 cups lettuce (chopped Properly)
- 1/4 red onion (finely sliced into pieces)
- 2 avocados (finely sliced into pieces)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (divided into 2 halves)
- 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
Croutons
- 2 slices Texas toast style white bread
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt according to taste
- Black pepper according to taste
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup milk)
