Take a large bowl and whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, oil, Worcestershire sauce, honey, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and dried mustard.
Add steaks in it and mix it together well so that the mixture is coated fully. Place this marinated steaks in plastic bag and toss it well to coat the steaks with the mixture ingredients. Remove the excess air out from the bag, seal the bag and place in refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
You can use tongs to transfer the steaks from plastic bag to the pre heated grill pan. Cook the steaks fully until the desired redness is achieved. Ingredients
- 4-6 8-ounce steak
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard
- chopped parsley (This is an optional thing used for garnishing)

Note/Tips
Cut the beef into slice. Do not forget to look for right size- steak small enough in a 12 inch skillet. Try to cut the steaks about 1 inch in thickness. I recommend you to avoid having steaks in thin thickness because they will cook very quickly and there s chance to get burn early.
You can use any kind of skillet but I prefer you to use cast iron skillet pan which will giver awesome sear on your steaks.
