How to Cook Apple Cinnamon Pancakes
Preheat the skillet at medium range temperature. The medium range temperature is maintained at 275 degrees.
When the milk starts curdling, take a large bowl and mix i it flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk egg and oil together into the milk. Mix dry ingredients along with wet ingredients. Do not over mix the ingredients. Make sure that there are some lumps in the mixture.
Sprinkle the baking tray with some cooking oil. Take a measuring cup of 1/4 cup to pour the mixture into the baking tray. Cook for about 2 minutes until the bubbles come out and the sides are dry. Use spatula to flip the pancakes and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes. Set these pancakes aside and and repeat the process for remaining better.
Take a medium size sauce pan and add apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon in it. Stir the mixture in sauce pan for 2-3 minutes until apples are tender enough. Stir in syrup. Serve the pan cakes with the apple toppings.

- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (if you are a cinnamon lover than you can add 1/2 of cinnamon more to enhance the flavor)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Apple Topping
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 apples
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
