Pre heat the oven at temperature of 400 degree F. Take small bowl and combine butter, garlic and dried herbs and place them aside. Cut the beef into slice. Do not forget to look for right size- steak small enough in a 12 inch skillet. Try to cut the steaks about 1 inch in thickness. I recommend you to avoid having steaks in thin thickness because they will cook very quickly and there s chance to get burn early.
Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both the sides. Place the skillet over stove top and turn the flame on high range. Now place steaks in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn the side after3-4 minutes and cook the other side for 3 minutes. Cook until it turns brown in color and tender from inside. Move the steaks into plate.
Now add potatoes in same fillet and garnish it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn brown. Transfer it to plate Now place the potatoes on baking tray and steaks on other side of the tray. - 2-4 petite steaks
- Salt according to your taste
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herb
- Black Pepper according to your taste
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
- Garlic powder to taste
- 1-tablespoon olive oil
- 2-4 pounds potatoes(dice them properly)
- 2-6 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
