Stand Mixer: This method is so easy that you just have to break up the chicken into small pieces and place these chicken pieces into the bowl of stand mixer. Than shred the chicken with stand mixer.

Hand Mixer: Use the method mention above in stand mixer, after breaking the chicken into pieces shred them with help of hand mixer by keeping the speed medium.

Food Processor: This method will give you the best texture of shred chicken. You have to break the chicken into pieces and place it in blender and blend it properly. Use plastic blades instead of steel blades so that chicken may not be shred into more soft form. Do this process two times. Ingredients

  • 1-tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2-tablespoon salt
  • 3 Pound chicken
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup onion
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar

Directions

  1. Cook the chicken properly. Place the chicken into large pan and boil it for about 15 minutes. Cover the pan with lid and let it boil. Change the side of chicken after every 5 minutes so that chicken is cook from inside. After 15 minutes remove the chicken from stove and turn off the flame.
  2. Pour the chicken in the strainer and let the chicken dry.
  3. Shred the chicken with any of the methods mention above. The best one which I use is shredding the chicken in Food Processor.
  4. Add all the ingredients mention above in same quantity to get the best taste. Take a large bowl and add the ingredients mention above and than add shred chicken into it.
  5. You can add more mayo for creamy texture or you can add cream as well. It will enhance the flavor of this salad.

Notes/Facts

  • Use raw chicken but if you have cook chicken in fridge than make sure that the skin of chicken is removed.
  • You can use roisterer chicken in this salad as well nut if you are on Whole30 Diet than this roisterer chicken is not good it will disturbs your diet routine.
  • If you want to make this recipe low in carbs than add simple onions instead of sweet onions.
